Join us as we honour the longest days of the year with Summer Solstice Ritual Sound Journey. This transformative experience invites you to pause, reflect, and align your inner light with the energy of the sun at its peak- a time of illumination, abundance, and inner expansion.

Relax into the nourishing vibrations of multiple gongs, singing bowls and other instruments, you’ll be guided into deep states of rest, renewal, and connection. Allow the sound to clear blockages, awaken your heart, and realign your body, mind and spirit with the rhythms of nature.

No experience needed, come as you are.

What to Expect: 

• Gentle movement, breathing exercises, guided meditation and intention-setting.
• Quality sound journey
• Optional tea and group sharing at the end
• Optional quiet space for meditation and journaling at the end
• A nurturing environment to be with yourself while in community
• A deeply restful state that supports nervous system regulation, emotional/physical/energetic clearing, introspection and insights

What is provided:
• Yoga mat and eye cover, limited amount of bolsters and pillows on site

• Tea and treats

What to bring:

• Optional: mat, pillows (head and for under knees), eye cover, journal and pen
• Blanket/shawl to keep warm
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing

Arrival info:

• Free parking lot on site and side streets
• You may arrive 10 – 15 min earlier to get settled and connect with others
• Give yourself enough time so that you arrive on time to minimize interruption. It might be a busier time in Vancouver during FIFA.

Policies:
• Refundable 7 days before. Non refundable within 7 days of event but transferrable to another person, future events, or credit for 1:1 services.
